ARIMIDEX

Description

Arimidex is manufactured by Dragon Pharma and contains the active substance Anastrozole. Anastrozole is an anti-oestrogenic drug which is an aromatase inhibitor.

Anastrozole binds to the aromatase enzyme through competitive inhibition and inhibits the conversion of androgens to oestrogens in peripheral (extra-gonadal) tissues.

Effects of Arimidex

Anastrozole is known to significantly affect the level of oestrogen in the body by blocking the aromatase enzyme together with blocking the production of the body’s oestrogen.

Many breast cancer cell forms are stimulated by oestrogen so by reducing the level of this hormone, the user is able to slow down the progression of the disease.

Athletes that are using steroids prefer taking Anastrozole for the purpose of reducing the side effects that are associated with an increase in oestrogen levels which is often seen with anabolic-androgenic steroids.

When compared to Nolvadex and Proviron, Anastrozole is better at controlling oestrogen levels.

How to take Arimidex

In order to prevent the manifestation of side effects from the use of anabolic steroids, Anastrozole should be taken beginning from the 2nd week of the cycle.

We recommend a dosage of 0.5mg every for a period of 3 – 4 days starting from the 2^nd week of the cycle.

If you are already experiencing gynecomastia, we recommend taking 1 tablet of Anastrozole every day for 7 days or until you get rid of the symptoms.

When using Anastrozole, you may experience the following side effects, such as:
