Effects of Premarin

This female hormone can be found in women and men. Whether a man has too high or too low oestrogen levels both can cause comparable side effects such as gynecomastia, acne, and water retention. Premarin use

For use in a cycle – 625 mcg – 1.25 mg per day, alternating intake for 3 weeks with a break of 1 week, and from day 15 to 21 additionally use a progestogen preparation. If necessary, on days 5-7 the daily dose may be increased to 3.75 mg, then it is reduced to 1.25 mg.

Side effects of Premarin

In case of overdose of this drug or increase in the daily dose, the following side effects may occur: headache, nausea, vomiting, weight gain, oedema, uterine bleeding, facial pigmentation, erythema nodosa, transient increase in plasma transaminases, hyperbilirubinemia; allergic reaction; rare – haemorrhagic skin rash.
