HELIOS is an injectable fat-loss preparation from Dragon Pharma. Side effects of clenbuterol and yohimbine

Both ingredients stimulate the nervous and cardiovascular systems, so side effects are common and can be pronounced. They include:

• hand tremor, restlessness, anxiety and insomnia;
• heavy sweating, headaches and nausea;
• muscle cramps, linked to changes in electrolyte balance.

Prolonged use of clenbuterol has been associated with strain on the heart muscle, so heart rate and blood pressure should be monitored and any chest pain taken seriously. Because HELIOS does not suppress natural testosterone, it does not itself call for post-cycle hormone recovery.
